University City Entertainment

University City is a quiet, suburban bedroom community, so there’s not a lot in the immediate community itself for nightlife or entertainment. But there’s always plenty to do near University City, including shopping markets and annual community festivals where you can try local food favorites. Or drive over to the coastal communities or down the I-5 to downtown San Diego. There are major national touring acts playing at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, just a few miles south, and the greater San Diego area provides even more entertainment possibilities for sports, dancing, classes, music, theater, museums, and much more.
