Temecula in Riverside County is one of the premier arts centers in Southern California with the Dorland Mountain Arts Colony, Old Town Temecula Street Painting Festival, held in June, and other street fairs and festivals such as their bluegrass festival held every march in Old Town. The downtown area has become a mecca for artists setting up galleries and live music, making Temecula one of the most attractive entertainment spots in the greater SoCal area.
