Solana Beach Golf

There are many fine golf courses within just five miles of Solana Beach, the closest being the Lomas Santa Fe Executive Golf Course (18 holes over 2,295 yards with a par of 56 - Public), and the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club (18 holes over 6,607 yards with a par of 72 - Private). A variety of courses can be found in neighboring communities such as Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas and Carlsbad, with world-class courses such as Morgan Run, Fairbanks, La Costa, The Crosby, and the Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe. The 2008 US Open will take place at Torrey Pines public course in La Jolla, just a few miles down from Solana Beach, and there are nearby pro-shops, driving ranges, and opportunities for lessons.
