Cass Street Gym's mural on the outside of the building is Venice Beach-esque with its bulging biceps and ripped abs painted on the flexing bodies of men and women. The gym itself, however, is not as intimidating, but rather more laid back and inviting. With an outside weight room here, your workouts will be a little less stuffy and a lot easier to finish.
