The 2008 US Open will take place at Torrey Pines public course in La Jolla, just a few miles down the I-5 from Olivenhain, and there are nearby driving ranges in Del Mar and Encinitas, as well as opportunities for being coached by some of the world’s best golf instructors. With local golf manufacturers, ranges, and pro shops located in North County San Diego, Olivenhain is close to some of the best golf opportunities in the country.
