Mission Valley is home to Qualcomm Stadium, home of the San Diego Chargers and the San Diego State University (SDSU) Aztecs football teams, although the site for a new stadium is currently under discussion. At the outlet of Mission Valley is Sea World, Mission Bay, and many other San Diego attractions. Also, nearby is the quiet ambience and old world architecture of Balboa Park, a great place to spend the day with the family or for visiting at night for a play at the Old Globe theater. With a professional baseball team, San Diego offers Downtown's Petco Park as America's newest urban Major League baseball stadium.
