Mission Hills Recreation and Parks

Mission Hills has some great neighborhood parks such as Presidio Park with features rolling lawns and great views of the bay. There’s also a museum dedicated to the original site of the founding of San Diego, where the first presidio and church once stood. And in nearby Balboa Park there’s the quiet ambience and old world architecture makes Balboa Park a great place to spend the day with the family or for visiting at night for a play at the Old Globe theater, and museums such as the Natural History Museum, the San Diego Historical Society Museum, and the Science Museum.
