Mira Mesa Golf

The Mira Mesa community does not have its own public golf course, but there are courses available inland in the Scripps Ranch communities or further west along the coast. In addition, the nearby Miramar Marine base includes the Miramar Memorial Military Golf Course, and there are also nearby courses toward the coast where beautiful courses in Rancho Santa Fe and ranges in Del Mar and Encinitas provide opportunities for enjoying some of the best golf, pro shops, lessons, ranges, and courses in the country. The 2008 US Open will take place at Torrey Pines public course in La Jolla, just a few miles down the I-5.
