La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club's par 3 course winds around the club's pond, offering golfers both a beautiful landscape and a 9 hole course to enjoy. The Spindrift Golf Course includes a putting green, chipping area, and driving net, and is suitable for golfers of all abilities. Lessons and clinics are also held regularly at the course, allowing visitors and members to sharpen their skills and abilities in a more personal student/instructor setting. The private course covers an area of 1362 yards, and is available year round to the club's members and guests staying at the hotel. Green fees run under $20 and hours are from 9am to sunset daily.

La Jolla Country Club's golf course is a private course covering 6,713 yards of greenery. With 18 holes running along the Pacific Ocean, this challenging course offers more to the eye than just a round of golf. The 72 par course was designed in 1927 by William P. Bell, as has been redesigned three more times since, offering golfers a challenging game with fast greens and fairways. The course has a slope of 133 and a course rating from 69.7 to 72.9. Green fares start at $66 on the weekdays and $88 on the weekends for guests with members.

The South Course hosts 7,607 yards of greenery as it runs along the Pacific coastline, offering golf enthusiasts a challenging 18 holes of some of the finest golfing in the nation. The course has a par of 72, a course rating of 78, and a slope rating of 143.
The South Course is preparing to host the 2008 US Open Championships where competitors and fans will be in attendance at one of the most recognized and well known competitions.
Torrey Pines offers many golf schools, clinics, and lessons for golfers of all ages and skill levels, including private and women-only clinics. Green fees start at $75 on weekdays, and $85 on weekends.
