Encanto Schools

Encanto, east of downtown San Diego off the 94 freeway and near Lemon Grove, is in the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD), the second largest district in California, and eighth largest urban district in the United States. The student population is extremely diverse, representing more than 15 ethnic groups. Encanto Elementary is the primary K-5 school in the area; Keillor Middle School serves grades 6-8; and Morse Senior High is the closest high school for grades 9-12, an award-winning high school that serves the Encanto area.
