Del Cerro Shopping

Located east of downtown San Diego, Del Cerro Boulevard is the area which contains the most shopping with commercial areas such as Windmill Farms, a foodmart, and a Day Spa. Windmill Farms provides the majority of the community with healthy grocery choices and competes with near-by Albertsons in Allied Gardens. The neighborhood has some small retail stores, but is primarily a bedroom community. Easy access to I-8 allows residents to get to downtown San Diego and the larger big-box shopping centers at Horton Plaza or the many shopping malls and centers in Mission Valley.
