Del Cerro Recreation and Parks

Del Cerro, high on the hills above Allied Gardens, San Carlos and the College area has fantastic views of Mexico and the Pacific, although it is east of downtown San Diego along Interstate 8. Community parks in Del Cerro look toward Lake Murray, Mt Helix and the San Diego east county mountains, and nearby recreation areas include Lake Murray, Lake Murray Tennis Club, Mission Trails Regional Park, Mission Trails Golf Course, Cowles Mountain, Del Cerro Community Pool Club, Del Cerro Community Park, and the Allied Garden's Recreation Center and Pool.
