Del Cerro Entertainment

The Del Cerro area is primarily a bedroom commuter community, but has a rich and proud history as a Jewish community as well as Indian heritage area. An annual street fair is held in Old Del Cerro on Glenmont Street and Marne Avenue. Live bands, food, and entertainment for kids is included. The private Del Cerro Park Pool opens its doors for a Fourth of July party with food and games. And in Del Cerro you are nearby some of the best entertainment in California in downtown San Diego such as the Gaslamp Quarter. You can also take a stroll along the Embarcadero, see a baseball game at Petco Park, visit the Museum of Natural History in Balboa Park, or just go shopping in Horton Plaza and see a play or a symphony.
