Coronado Dining

Coronado has some of the best restaurants and most elegant dining experiences to be had in San Diego. Starting with cozy beach cafes, upscale restaurants, and family-style diners. The most popular place in Coronado is still the Hotel Del Coronado, or the “Hotel Del” as locals call it, where Victorian elegance abounds at Coronado's century-old seaside resort on Orange Avenue. The island also offers several other resort options, including luxurious Loews Coronado. Other great dining on the island can be had at L’Escale for French cuisine, A Wok in the Park, Chez Loma, romantic retreat from the Orange Avenue hustle which serves French and Continental specialties with a modern sensibility in a relaxed atmosphere. And a great place to relax is the Coronado Boathouse 1887, in a historic building on Strand Way. Coronado is also home to fantastic Mexican and seafood restaurants, and a great place to sample California cuisine and healthy menu choices designed for active people.
