Chargers to Gaylord site?

VOSD has noted that the Chargers may have their eyes on the waterfront site in Chula Vista Gaylord Entertainment was to use for a convention center complex and hotels.  Gaylord has not been able to keep the project moving forward freeing up the prime real estate for new opportunities.

Mark Fabiani has confirmed that the team has spoke with city officials about the waterfront site, but Chula Vista has made it clear they are taking their time to find new use for the land.
